I still dream about my hair??
Oct. 19th, 2006 08:47 amYesterday I had no coffee whatsoever (go me, ya ya, nevermind). I went to sleep kinda late anyway, since I stayed up to watch the Colbert Report.
In the dream I had just dyed my hair black instead of the bleaching I've been planning. I was also in New Orleans, possibly tagging along with
dartfaerie or someone, I know since I was on a double decker tour bus taking a tour with old people. I had apparently put careful thought into the irony of this, and my black hair, and I had taken the liberty of dressing in some of my goth finest, lace and velvet black everything, but with HOT red lipstick. I was sitting on the lower level next to a window, on the street side of the bus, sort of admiring the colours the sunlight was bringing out in my hair, and in everything around me. The buildings, the cars, the flowering plants hanging from balconies. On the other side of the street I spied a man who was staring right at me. The bus was moving very slowly, so I had quite a chance to meet his eye, and for him to meet mine. I couldn't tell what his look meant, so after a time when I became uncomfortable with his gaze, I stuck my tongue out. This caused him to start following the bus, on foot, at which point I started to lose track of him as he went between cars trying to get to us. The bus was still moving very slowly, so I thought about tyring to jump off and run away. I didn't though because at that point I woke up.

That's why I thought it was soo amusing. Heck IMDB has the "original" shot on their fear and loathing page.
