We had a pretty good lazy ass day. Went to a birthday party for a little baby girl, had lots of fun with balloons and ate lots of frosting. Tried to make sure we didn't leave too late so we could make it to some of Buskerfest. When we got home K announced he wanted a waffle though (since he didn't eat anything except cake at the party, despite them having his favourite cheese), so we loitered a while. Was just about to start the leaving process, and give lovecraftienne a call to see if she had indeed gone down already, when I looked out the window..

We went to a very nice party for a five year old in a park.
It was great. Small, gated park; terrific playstructures; a covered picnic area in case of rain.
