hippybngstockngWe're almost totally moved in! I owe a million thanks to many good friends who will all be mentioned by name in a future post detailing the move, but right now I need to clear out the last remnants of scary disorganization from the old place, which shouldn't be too hard because I have my car back!! It passed all its inspections with flying colours despite sitting still for 2+ years. It's utterly encrusted in dead leaves, and even a teensy bit of moss, but hey, it runs!! I just need to find one of those pressure-wash-it-yourself places so I can blast out a couple key areas, like the windshield wipers, which are just not as useful when encrusted with mud and leaves...
And of course we are beginning to have the internet back, though it seems to only be working sporadically. We might end up dumping our service and going with something else, which will cause a million email address changes, as well as having to move all my images off our little site, which will just annoy the shit out of me but if it must be done, it must.
Oh, and I should say that while I often slam my mom for being all kinds of tense and bitchy, she really is handy when you are moving, so even though I am SO TOTALLY READY for her to leave, NOW, I am very thankful she's been here this whole time.
Anyway.. I shouldn't even be pausing to do this, but I just miss y'all so much... *hugs*
