Well, I finally did it, I finally googled "constant eyelid twitch" in hopes that I would come up with a magical reason that wasn't my long term caffeine abuse, but alas... It is STRESS and caffeine, both of which I should reduce... Sure. RIGHT AFTER I MOVE, kthnxbbye.

But the funniest website I found about it was this one right here.. Shows what happens when you let Google bots crawl your blog.. You never know what you will end up hosting for the rest of time! I promise to never turn it on, lest we all have to endure millions of people suffering from "sink born fish disease" or something really fun like that.

I find that kind of twitch comes, yes, under stress, but also under fatigue, and the best way I've come up with of reducing that is to a) sleep more and b) exercise more (theory being, get rid of the lactic acid buildup from overfatigue).

Yep, I haven't been able to do the regular walking I've been doing while I was sick. Outside noises were hard on my ears, but now that it's going away I should make some extra time to do it. Sleep is also a weird point, since I can't seem to force myself past 5-6 hours, but I could clearly use more. I need to lay off the caffeine, it's for sure. Plus my vitamin B turns out to be quite expired!!
