I didn't always hate that song, it's just the fact that I can so remember when that song was a big hit and you couldn't walk down the street without hearing it, and dammit if it isn't so brain-stabbingly catchy.... Don't mind me, I was damaged by the '80s ;)

I spent my early teen years in the California 80s. I'm damaged, too. :P

I don't get to hear it as much as I like, but hearing it a little is better than not hearing it at all.
