I almost forgot about "them"
Jan. 30th, 2004 11:49 amAnother funny thing from my trip down to help my mom with her thumb that I forgot about until I was messing with my hair this morning.
I had been shampooing my hair twice during my shower every day (way more than usual) to try to get the remainder of the blue out of my hair prior to going in to have my roots bleached. I missed the blond hair while it was blue, but I liked the blue as well.
So while I am putting the gel in my hair one morning I say something to my mom about the hair appointment I had scheduled. She says, "I am glad you're getting your hair done again. 'They' don't like the blue."
I smirked at her and said, "Oh, 'they' don't, do they? Well you can tell 'them' that I may well do it again so they're going to have to get over it."
Like I give a crap what three little middle aged biddies in Ohio think of my hair.
