Isn't anyone going to bite on the ask me three questions meme? Come on, you know you want to--- I like stupid questions! Easy questions! Questions about things NOT related to me! ASK ME ANYTHING! The worst I can do is admit that I don't know :)

EDIT: I have altered the meme so that you don't have to post it if you ask me questions... Unless you want to.

see... i'd do it if i didn't have to post it on mine... But, with that demand at the end, i don't feel i can do it. :)

That's a damn good reason! Thanks for pointing that out! I will simply use that as an opportunity to ALTER the meme ;)

oh, what the hell.

1. The dead person you'd most like to invite over for dinner is?
2. What is the velocity of an unladen sparrow? African, that is.
3. Where is your towel?

Hello! ;)

1. A family friend named Frank who was an amazing professional puppeteer. He was a fascinating man that I knew when I was a child, and only had a child-level relationship with. He died before I got to talk to him as an adult, so there's just a TON of stuff I would love to have talked to him about now that I never thought of back then.

2. I can't really answer this one for a couple reasons... I don't know how to properly calculate velocity, and I also don't know enough about African sparrows, or birds in general except that they don't weigh much. ;)

3. Currently, on the couch since last night (a major sin I constantly pick on my husband for). Soon, in the laundry- the challenge there will be locating Crash's towel which also needs washing! I hope he knows where HIS towel is because I haven't found it yet.

ooh. puppeteers sound really, really cool.

I know nothing about birds either, but it made a cool sounding question.

If it makes you feel better, I think my towel is in a pile on the floor (*hangs head in shame*). Then again, we desperately need to wash towels, so it's kind of in the laundry pile anyway.

Where did you grow up (spend your childhood)?
What is the most important thing that you want to teach K?
What is in your medicine cabinet? (Since I don't live there and can't look during a cheesy Christmas Fondue party.)

I spent most of my childhood in central Connecticut, and many summers with my grandparents in a little teeny town on Lake Erie right near Cedar Point.

I believe in tolerance and understanding above all else- and learning over ignorance :)

My medicine cabinet... lots of outdated contact lens solutions, outdated medications, old hair products, and all the sharp objects you would normally find in a bathroom up high out of the way of tiny grabby hands. It's thankfully big enough to accommodate that, plus a stain stick. The only current medicines are probably the Tums since I go through those like candy.

What place do you most want to go on vacation?
What are your favorite bands/musicians?
Milk chocolate or dark chocolate?

SPACE! Or Japan ;) whichever I can afford if I can eventually afford it!

Gosh... There's a lot of music I like and no way to sum up, but I don't always like all the music by that band. Like I could say Genesis, but at present there's only about 50% of it I would listen to, so I would have to qualify... Same goes with The Tragically Hip, and Yes, and Led Zeppelin. The same does NOT hold true for Steely Dan and Soul Coughing, they can do nearly no wrong, except maybe when they try to go solo :P The Blue Nile also never does wrong. I love Peter Gabriel, I like Kate Bush, I also like Soundgarden and anything else Chris Cornell has ever touched (and I used to develop pictures for his sister!! I saw family gatherings!). Lately I end up watching a lot of random music TV so I also find myself liking some random things from there- Maroon 5 intrigues me as do many different Canadian artists I have never been exposed to whose names I can't remember right now. I spent the last year in Ohio so I feel like I've been music deprived for a while now between the cultural and parental vacuums ;) I also have to confess to a dirty little Tom Petty habit, as well as a soft spot for Lincoln Park. And did I forget Rush? Who can forget Rush... Not a major influence, but also not too many songs of theirs I don't also know the words to... I sense I am forgetting some others I used to really love but haven't listened to lately... Like CAKE, I listen to Cake a lot, and they have a new album I might just buy without a preview, which also says a lot for me. Their use of trumpets really makes me smile. Oh for craps sakes- Cordelia's Dad, I like them so much I made them play my wedding! :P I've been known to listen to blues and even folk as well. I named my son after a folk song, actually...

As for chocolate, I've rarely met a chocolate I didn't like ;) I used to prefer dark, but lately I can only seem to tolerate it in small doses. There's nothing worse than a poor milk chocolate though, so my tendency is to still say dark because it's harder to find bad ones there...

love those answers...
